Phoebe Hearst is an open enrollment, criteria-based K-6 grade
elementary school. We offer a GATE cohort model program beginning
in 2nd grade, a comprehensive STEM program, and a arts program
that includes music and visual arts.
Copies of each school’s School Plan for Student Achievement
(SPSA) are linked below. The SCUSD Board of Education will vote
to approve them at the June 20, 2024 Board of Education
Meeting.
