Distance Learning Support

Overview

Thank you for your interest in serving our District while we are implementing Distance Learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  This is a reminder to all Substitutes Teachers and Instructional Aides,  you must have access to your District e-mail (username/password) in order for you to connect to Google Classroom/Zoom.  If you have have forgotten your District e-mail log in information, please contact our IT Department at support@scusd.edu.

Technology Support for Teachers & Substitutes

In response to teachers and substitute teacher¡¯s immediate needs, our Curriculum and Instruction team will hold twice weekly open forum Zoom meetings where teachers can join to ask questions about a specific topic. These ¡°Tech-versations¡± will be held on Mondays and Tuesdays at 3:00 p.m. by Instructional Technology Coordinator Nova Katz and co-facilitated by Math Training Specialist Tanis Haboush. The schedule for these will be created based on demand, starting with Zoom, NearPod, and accessibility features.
