Statement from Â鶹ÊÓƵ City Unified School District Superintendent and Board President Following Discovery of Racist Graffiti at Rosemont High School

Â鶹ÊÓƵ, CA - Â鶹ÊÓƵ City Unified School District is investigating an incident of racist graffiti that was discovered near the end of the school day at Rosemont High School on Tuesday, March 22. Immediately upon discovery, school administrators worked quickly to have the graffiti removed from a second-floor hallway and began reviewing security footage to provide evidence to law enforcement.

Â鶹ÊÓƵ, CA â€“ Following a mediation session that went late into the night on Monday, the Â鶹ÊÓƵ City Unified School District’s negotiations team continued to meet with representatives from the Â鶹ÊÓƵ City Teachers Association (SCTA) bargaining team and two state appointed mediators throughout the day on Tuesday.
