Our mission at Theodore Judah Elementary School is to promote confidence and responsibility in our students through an enriched and engaging approach to teaching the core curriculum. The staff works together with our community partners to create an environment where people feel valued and safe so that each student can develop the skills to access core curriculum and to meet grade level standards. Our emphasis on problem solving, critical thinking, strong communications skills and appreciation for diversity provides all of our students an avenue for success in the 21st century.

The MET Â鶹ÊÓƵ High School is a rigorous, college-prep charter school that cultivates responsible, motivated students with a program that combines real-world experience, peer- to-peer support, and critical thinking. Advisory: A student’s advisor is a mentor and advocate, helping to keep track of their achievements and aiding in understanding how to set goals and reach for greater success both academically and through their internship experiences.

Our school has a strong academic focus on English language arts, mathematics, science and social studies, with emphases on critical thinking and writing across the curriculum. We encourage our students to take ownership of their learning, and we believe that with support and guidance, all our students can become leaders. We are a Leader in Me Lighthouse School, and through our school-wide leadership program, our students have significant input into the running of Sutterville Elementary.

Located in the Detroit Community, Susan B. Anthony Elementary is home to about 454 scholars of TK to 6th grade. The school has two pathways of learning which consist of a regular English strand and a Hmong Dual Language strand. Both pathways of learning are open to all who are interested.

Success Academy is a part of the Â鶹ÊÓƵ City Unified School District, serving students from all comprehensive schools within SCUSD.  We are an alternative program, dedicated to using therapeutic approaches to give students an opportunity to succeed in school.

The School of Engineering and Sciences (SES) is one of Â鶹ÊÓƵ City Unified School District’s career-themed schools designed to prepare students for careers in science and engineering. The academic program at SES is very rigorous and it requires advanced skills in the areas of critical thinking, technology, communication and collaboration, and organization. All students at SES take an engineering course each year in addition to the standard academic core courses (ELA, Math, History, etc.).
