Leonardo da Vinci K-8 School is a community dedicated to the development of the whole child as a literate, curious, and inventive person, responsible for preserving and creating beauty in cultural and natural environments. LdV fosters this Renaissance child of the arts and sciences model through Integrated Thematic Instruction. Leonardo da Vinci School was established in 1989 as an early kindergarten through 8th grade school site and today there are 886 students enrolled.

Suy:u Elementary students are part of a caring and safe community where high expectations for students and staff are clearly outlined and modeled. Suy:u is also a place where all students, staff, parents and community partners collaborate and work together in order to establish a culture of excellence and success for every member of our community. Our students are provided with additional support and academic intervention at all grade levels and are also challenged to maximize their potential with programs like GATE, Strings Music and Arts Integration.

Welcome to New Joseph Bonnheim Community Charter School! The New Joseph Bonnheim team extends a warm welcome to all of our scholars, parents, family, and community partnerships. NJB is an excellent neighborhood charter school that is centered on agriculture and science, and on the very community it serves.

Camellia Basic Elementary School is an academic prep school that develops excellence through emphasis on a strong foundation in mastering academic standards and good behavior. The Camellia Basic School community, staff, parents and students work as a team to build excellence in both academics and citizenship. Camellia offers two programs to meet the needs of our families: Basic and GATE Cluster. A major emphasis of the Basic School Program in grades 1-6 is the development of academic skills and good study habits.

Bret Harte Elementary School has a 100-year legacy expanding two local communities: Curtis Park and Oak Park. This diverse population of children is what makes Bret Harte so special. The campus blends the best of both communities into a haven of unique academic and social experiences for all our students. It is our goal at Bret Harte Elementary School to provide an elite learning environment for all our students that is academically rigorous, safe, and orderly.

As the oldest high school in the City of Â鶹ÊÓƵ, C.K. McClatchy High School has established a tradition of academic excellence, athletic competitiveness, and unwavering school spirit and pride in the cardinal red and white. Our school proudly serves over 2,000 students with a mission to prepare students to be academically proficient learners and technology users, creative critical thinkers, and socially responsible future citizens in a nurturing and safe environment—one that is academically challenging with high expectations for all students.

James W. Marshall Elementary is located in the heart of the Rosemont community. The staff at James Marshall is committed to the academic and social emotional success of every student. We have several programs that enhance our daily classroom instruction. We provide leveled intervention in English-language arts for all primary students during the school day. This allows for small group instruction at the students’ instructional level. James Marshall has a partnership with CSU Â鶹ÊÓƵ and benefits from two different programs.

Isador Cohen is a thriving and diverse school of scholars from Transitional Kindergarten to 6th grade. We have a number of speciality programs, including GATE and CREST as well as a number of after school programs. We are one of the few school sites with complimentary morning care from 7:30 – 9:00 and after school care till 6:00 pm. We are also a Leader in Me school that seeks to cultivate student leaderships skills and focus on the unique talents of each learner.
