Ethel Phillips

Ethel Phillips is in a working class community, that hosts an Early-Exit Transitional Spanish Bilingual Program. All students receive Free Lunch, over 50% of the students are English Learners and we have very diverse student population with over 10 different languages spoken. We have a SIPPS program to improve all readers skills, we have a student support center to provide support for Social Emotional Learning support. This is the home of the dragons.

It boasts one of the only Cantonese Immersion programs in the state, where students learn to become fluent and successful in both English and Chinese.
