Tables $25.00 each, after March 1st $30.00 each
- Vendor’s payment for Train Show tables must be paid with signed Registration Application.
- Table location assignments will be made based on prior location or in the order in which payments are received.
- Vendor registration will close on March 10th.
- Refunds for Train Show table rentals will be given if notified on or before March 8th
- No refunds will be given for ‘no -shows’.
- Vendors are to be set up by 9:00 am on March 18th and remain set up throughout the Train Show’s hours of operation. Registration and tables fees will be forfeited if setup is not started by 8:30 am on March 18th
- Vendors will use delivery doors in the event halls and keep main entrance free of loading activities.
- Vendors will not tack or tape banners or advertising to the walls and floors.
- Vendors will monitor audio levels of recorded materials so that they are not distracting to dealers or patrons.
- Vendors will keep aisles free of boxes, chairs, etc.
- Vendors will not assign or sublet any or all sections of allocated space.
Two (2) name tags will be provided with your registration. All tag names must be included on this agreement.
