SCUSD Board of Education Recap
June 6, 2024
The Board received an informational update on SCUSD’s Middle School Mathletes program which engages students in grade 7-8 in challenging math competitions. SDUSD’s middle school teams worked with their teacher leaders and teammates to practice and compete monthly. The Board congratulated the top scoring students from each school:

Dear Sac City Unified Students, Staff, and Families,
As we say goodbye to the 2023-24 school year, I want to congratulate our Sac City Unified community on all that we have accomplished together. It was an honor to stand with our principals and present diplomas to all of our graduates as they head off to the colleges, trade schools, and careers that await them.
SBAC/CAASPP Scores in Infinite Campus
We are pleased to announce that the 2023-24 CAASPP student results are now available in the Parent Portal. You can access these scores by following the path: More > Assessments > California Paperless Reporting.
For the 2023-24 assessment year, you will see scores for English Language Arts (ELA) and Mathematics. If your child was in grades five or eight, you will also see their CAST (California Science Test) scores, and for grade twelve, you will only see their CAST scores.

At the May 16 meeting of the Â鶹ÊÓƵ City Unified School District Board, the Board recognized six fourth grade students from the Leonardo da Vinci TK-8 School Odyssey of the Mind Team as Stellar Students. The Stellar Students are Althesa Harry, Ben Wunsch, Jakob Wilsie, Natalie Altare, Quinne Holkeboer, and Virginia Ruger.
