Community COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic for Ages 5+

The Boys & Girls Club will be hosting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic on:
Friday, December 17, 2021 from :00 - 4:00 p.m.

Everyone 5 years and older is eligible. If you are 16-17 – you may walk-in to any vaccine clinic to receive a booster dose! We recommend everyone who qualifies gets a booster as soon as possible.
Parental consent is required. Multiple minors may be accompanied by one adult 18 years or older.
