ACHIEVING SHARED GOALS IN SERVICE OF OUR STUDENTS In negotiations with SCTA, the district is offering: On top of already providing the highest compensation in the region, the District is offering to pay: 100% of health care coverage for ALL SCTA-represented employees AND their families, AND a raise, AND one-time bonuses, AND additional paid professional development days. 100% PAY INCREASE ONE TIME BONUSES MORE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT INCREASED PAY FOR SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS PAID COVERAGE • Ongoing 3% salary increase starting in the 2021-22 school year. . On Tuesday, March 29, the Â鶹ÊÓƵ City Unified School District (SCUSD) continued to meet in separate negotiations sessions with SCTA and SEIU. No new counterproposals were passed today, but discussions about the most recent proposals continued. The district also posted additional Negotiations FAQ.
