Our goal is to equip all SCUSD students - with an intentional focus on grades 6th through 12th graders 鈥 with a better understanding of the danger of tobacco use and the impact on themselves and the community.

Technology Support for Teachers & Substitutes
In response to teachers and substitute teacher鈥檚 immediate needs, our Curriculum and Instruction team will hold twice weekly open forum Zoom meetings where teachers can join to ask questions about a specific topic. These 鈥淭ech-versations鈥 will be held on Mondays and Tuesdays at 3:00 p.m. by Instructional Technology Coordinator Nova Katz and co-facilitated by Math Training Specialist Tanis Haboush. The schedule for these will be created based on demand, starting with Zoom, NearPod, and accessibility features.
Sac City Unified, City of 麻豆视频, and Comcast Team Up to Provide Free Internet to Qualifying SCUSD Families
SACRAMENTO, CA 鈥 麻豆视频 City Unified School District, the City of 麻豆视频, and Comcast today announced a new effort to provide Sac City Unified families with free internet access. The new initiative, called Sac City Kids Connect, provides Comcast鈥檚 Internet Essentials program to qualifying low income families with internet access, provided they live in a Comcast service area.
