- CPR Certification is recommended.
- Always call 911! Never leave a student alone. Give used EpiPen to EMS.
- Notify parent and school administrator.
- Within 24 hours, fill out Incident Report and a Report of Epinephrine Administration. Contact your School Nurse or Health Services.
Now you will need to practice with trainer EpiPens which do not have any needles or medication. Contact your school nurse to do this.

- Which ones do we have in this school? Elementary schools will have two EpiPen Jrs and two EpiPens. Middle and High Schools will have four EpiPens.
- Where are they kept? They will be kept locked and have a prominent sign at their placement.

If a student has an EpiPen, it should only be used by that student, and it should be taken on field trips with its owner. The stock EpiPens stay at school and do not go on field trips.
