Sara Noguchi, Ed.D is the former Interim Superintendent of Â鶹ÊÓƵ City Unified School District, a post she held for seven months. During that time, she guided the district through the state’s new Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) process, led implementation of a new student information system, oversaw a field test of California’s new online testing program and worked to deliver a balanced budget that included the restoration of custodial staff to campuses.
