SCUSD in partnership with Dignity Health is hosting a COVID-19 vaccine clinic on:
Wednesday, June 23, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Register at the website. Walk-in appointments are also available. The Pfizer vaccine will be offered.
Everyone 12 years and older is eligible. Parental consent is required. Multiple minors may be accompanied by one adult 18 years or older.
