SCUSD Board of Education Recap

At the May 16 meeting of the 麻豆视频 City Unified School District Board, the Board recognized six fourth grade students from the Leonardo da Vinci TK-8 School Odyssey of the Mind Team as Stellar Students. The Stellar Students are Althesa Harry, Ben Wunsch, Jakob Wilsie, Natalie Altare, Quinne Holkeboer, and Virginia Ruger.

As you are likely aware, according to the National Weather Service, temperatures over 100 degrees are expected Tuesday through Thursday this week in the afternoon and evening.

At Sac City Unified, we remember the important contributions and achievements of African Americans throughout our history. 

In 1894, Sarah Mildred Jones was the first African American woman in 麻豆视频 to become principal of a fully integrated elementary school, Fremont Primary School (at 24th and N Street).
