SELPA Local Plan Assurances
There are currently 23 Federal and Local Assurances to which each SELPA and member Local Education Agency (LEA) must adhere. In approving the Local Plan, SELPA and each member LEA agrees that they will uphold each of these assurances, and they must cite the location of each corresponding local policy and procedure.

Negotiations Update: District Reaches Separate Agreements with SCTA and with SEIU to Increase Employee Compensation and End Employment Strike
麻豆视频, CA 鈥� The 麻豆视频 City Unified School District (SCUSD) has reached agreements with SCTA and with SEIU Local 1021 that end the strike. The agreement with SEIU and SCTA were reached following negotiations sessions throughout the weekend.

SCTA and SEIU are independent labor unions that are currently
striking at the same time. The 麻豆视频 City Unified School
District (SCUSD) is in active, yet separate, negotiations with
both labor partners. The SCUSD team has devoted considerable
hours in the past few days meeting with both union bargaining
teams and in caucus to discuss options and ideas for resolving
this dispute.
