504 Accommodation Concerns or Complaints ((28 CFR Section 35.107(b); 34 CFR Section 104.7(b))
At times, there may be concerns about 504 Accommodation assessments or implementation of plans. In the event this occurs we encourage school staff and parents/guardians to bring up these questions or concerns at the school site level.
