Each spring, SCUSD joins schools, families, and communities across the U.S. in celebrating #MayIsMentalHealthMonth. During the month of May we intensify our ongoing efforts to raise awareness around mental wellness, and stop stigma around mental illness. We encourage all SCUSD staff, students, families, and community members to join us in honoring May is Mental Health Month!

When you need mental health or substance use support, it can be frustrating trying to find a provider accepting new patients. We’re proud to offer Care Solace as a resource to our staff, students and household members to connect to needed care without all the guesswork and searching. This complimentary and confidential service is available to you regardless of your insurance status. Care Solace’s team is available 24/7/365 and can support you in any language.
