At the June 20 meeting of the Â鶹ÊÓƵ City Unified School District Board, the Board announced the appointment of Sharifa Siti-Bolton as Principal of Parkway Elementary.  

The Board recognized and thanked outgoing Student Board Member Liliana Grace Miller Segura, who graduated this month from West Campus High School. As Student Board Member, Liliana represented the SCUSD student body and provided a student voice for the SCUSD’s Board of Education.

At the September 5 meeting of the Â鶹ÊÓƵ City Unified School District Board, the Board announced the appointment of Malcolm Floyd as principal of Bowling Green Elementary and recognized two SCUSD Stellar Students who attend high school at the Met, Axly Ramirez Rojas and Baruka VanBeakom.

Â鶹ÊÓƵ, CA - The Â鶹ÊÓƵ City Unified School District (SCUSD) today unveiled a comprehensive action plan for overhauling practices that in the past have resulted in disproportionately high suspension rates for students with disabilities, particularly Black and African-American students with disabilities.

Staff Reports on Charter Renewal Published

As part of the standard renewal process, district staff publishes a summary report outlining key findings from the review of the charter school’s submitted petition. These reports, along with the charter petition and hearing dates, can be found on the SCUSD website at /charter-renewal.
