SCPH Student Isolation Guidance (revised as of 9/2/22)

Â鶹ÊÓƵ County Public Health (SCPH) recently issued revised “COVID-19 Guidance for Children/Students at Child Care, Pre-School and K-12 Schools.† 

SCPH revised their Covid decision tree for students only, allowing students who are positive for Covid-19 to exit isolation the day after a negative test is conducted any time during Days 5-10.

Men’s and Women’s Leadership Academy

The Academy is a class offered during the school day (and for elective credit) to teens at risk of dropping out. Through service learning and a multi-cultural curriculum, the class aims to provide students with the tools to succeed, including teamwork, leadership, life skills, problem-solving and resiliency skills.

The Academy focuses on bringing together teachers, students, parents and community businesses and partners to provide the encouragement needed for these teens to complete high school and enroll in college.

Overview

Thank you for your interest in Â鶹ÊÓƵ City Unified School District’s high school specialty programs. The application for the 2023-2024 School Year will be available November 1, 2022 – November 30, 2022.
