EL Reclassification Process First Wave
All Grades
EL Reclassification Process First Wave is from September 13-25, 2024. RFEP Potential List, RFEP Forms, and Parent Notification Letters will be sent out by Friday, September 13, 2024. School must complete the paperwork and scan/email all signed RFEP Forms back to Kao Lee @ leek@scusd.edu by Wednesday, September 25th in order for the reclassification process to be completed by census date of October 2, 2024.

School Site Council Composition Requirements

Your School Site Council (SSC) rosters are due on October 3, 2024. Please refer to the attached SSC composition cheat sheet to ensure your SSC is correctly composed in accordance with (EC Section 65000[c][1]) and (EC Section 65000[c][2]) requirements.

EV Workplace Charging Program
In order to facilitate the District鈥檚 energy and sustainability goals outlined in the District鈥檚 Carbon Neutral Goals and Guidelines, the District has installed electric vehicle charging stations to be used for personal vehicles. SCUSD鈥檚 Electric Vehicle Workplace Charging Program is intended to encourage and support the use of an EV for employees as an alternative mode of transportation.
2024-25 Mental Health Crisis Response & Recovery Procedures

Dear Site and Department leaders-
This bulletin is to share out the 2024-25 SCUSD Mental Health Crisis Response Procedures. SCUSD鈥檚 Mental Health Crisis Response (MHCR) Team is a vital component of the school and district safety protocols. In the event of a crisis, the Mental Health Crisis Response team consists of primarily the site-based support staff (school counselor, psychologist, social worker, etc). If it is assessed that additional Crisis Response team members are needed, crisis response staff will be dispatched.
